Hi there, I upgraded the media server to the latest, my main server then vanished from my Roku boxes & & other computers. Tr9ied reinstalling, no luck, tried uninstalling & deleting all references to plex. reinstalled, now main server is in plex on the server itself, no other PC can see it, says server is unclaimed and not secure, tried claiming it, just says something went wrong, please install manually. No idea what that means, the link just goes to your download page. No error message,appears. Nothing has changed on my PC except the server upgrade. Running Norton & NORDVPN, have disabled both with no luck claiming server. Also, 90 percent of all my shows & films are just showing black icons, tried all the metadata & database options to no avail. Can you help please. Thank You
