I had to reinstall Plex server after resetting my PC. I get the login screen and enter my pin but only get a loading screen. When I try to open Plex Server it will not load. I can get in through the Plex site, but cannot add/update/change anything. My server is no longer showing and there seems to be no way to add it. I removed old devices, only leaving the ones added in the last day or so. Any suggestions?

Now I am getting the following when I start the Plex server:
It is not showing in the system tray but the server, update service and scripthost processes are running.
Ok, I finally got this working. I had to uninstall Plex Server, reboot, reinstall it and then it went through the setup process and I could add my media. Thanks for your help. It is appreciated.
