I have a movie that came in two dvd's. When I merge the 2 files together it plays the file from the 2nd dvd first. How can I make it to where it plays file from the 1st dvd. Switch it around.

The merging is done based on the filenames. What are you using?
I don’t believe that is accurate. I’ve come across this problem before, and have it now. And no amount of mucking with the file names changes the order. I’ve tried preceding the file name with a numerical prefix as well as an alpha and it doesn’t seem to matter. I would like a fix to this though.

If you name your files correctly Plex will put them together in the right order, but in order to know what we’re doing we’re going to have to know:

Preceding the file name with a number would definitely be incorrect.
