So I’ve been using Plex for a few years now and my media server is working great. However, my partner got me a Plex Pass subscription as a surprise. Unfortunately, she used her email for the purchase. Is there a way to apply the subscription to my account with the server?
Had a look at the billing ticket. I think there was a miscommunication. It looks like they only meant to ask for help in forums if you have any other issues.
Unfortunately it does not look like transferring the subscription can be done according to their reply. I would ask them if maybe it can be refunded and then you/she can buy it on the correct account.
