i haven’t the rating info in PMS.
latest PMS and latest xbmc importer ((V 1.1-52).
And i don’t know if it’s a collateral damage i lost the 2k resolution logo.

Plex Media Server 1.4.2 (Plex Pass) was released today and the change log states the issue is now resolved. Thank you, @chrisallen @ChuckPA and @SlrG !

Please be a bit more specific. What ratings info are you talking about. Normal rating, preserved rating, additional ratings, no ratings at all. Are there errors in the log. If you can’t tell yourself, please always include a debug log in your bug report.

I’ve been using this GitHub - dettwild/NFOimporter.bundle you no longer need to manually edit the files, it adds itself to them
It also works with tv shows

i didnt know this agent… its complentary or its another addon?.
in the screenshot you havent activated fanart.tv and cinemamaterial… any reason?
im having problems to retrieve … there are 138 in my movies, also a few are shown, and not completed ones… i mean : if i have 5 movies for “die Hard” set… anly two or three are present… for exemple

Thanks. So I installed the new ssd and started a normal rescan yesterday. It probably takes about 24 hours (?) with 15 TB of data. Things are looking good so far but yes, it doesn’t pick up everything correctly. Can I still do a second scan with the nfo tool? Would it overwrite the existing data or just add the missing stuff?

It just installs like any other plugin. I dont have fanart.tv or cinematerial selected because i use Ember for to get my images and metadata and the plugin to import it with, Plex Movie is just there to add extras

Movie sets are handled in Ember and written to the nfo

thats the point… i use Ember too to manage my movies and tv-shows…
and the tag are written in the nfo for the movies in a collection.
but the weird thing its that some movies and collection are added and other not
and all movies has the tvdbID, the imdbID and the tvdbID_col.
Works fine here https://i.imgur.com/0PEvFmD.png make sure you turn off “Save extended Collection information to NFO” in Ember as i don’t think plex or the importer understands it. I think it just looks for the set tag

the movies present in PMS belonging to a collection has the tag only with:
Movies with *.nfo with more things are ignored in PMS…
I’m doing a re-scan in Ember … now PMS is scanning too.
I’m using Plex Media Player for primary client in my TV, and doesn’t have some UI visual for collections, or poster collections or any info…so it’s irrelevant at the moment.
Otherwise KODI could group movies into sets or collection with own logo, fanart and poster, at the moment (i think) not the overwiew.

i just realise i can “mix” Plex Movie Ageng + xbmc_nfo_exported!!.
what’s the correct order to use FIRST and ONLY *.nfo (i have with my movies) info Obviating the info downloaded with the Plex Movie Agent ??.
I finally got around to testing Plex Media Server 1.4.2.3400-ab906953b and XBMCnfoTVImporter.bundle 1.1-72-g08a7d80-199.
Result: All my artwork is displayed properly. I was able to add new Shows and update current ones. The script doesn’t make ice cream for you but I’m not complaining. 
The newest versions of the agents have the contributes_to already added. No need to go in and edit manually. Also it won’t help you, if no shows are added at all. This sounds like a different problem. Please enable debug logging, upload the logs to some sharing service and post a link.
edit: The post I was referring to, seems to have vanished.

I mean, this schema doesn’t work:
and after a re-scan of all my movies disabling extended nfo for collection i did a whole re-scan, and i have the correct 139 collections with all the movies inside.
