Metadata doesn't update correctly for concerts

Plex Media Server Metadata & Adding Files
1

So I am trying again as Plex have stopped replying to my previous thread.

I have a ongoing issues with Plex Server not updating metadata for concerts. A new example is Nightwish: Showtime, Storytime - Live at Wacken (2013). I can match the video file on my server to the TMDB however it looks like this:

I have already moved the video file out from my server, emptied the trash, refreshed the metadata and tried to manually match the video but the result is the same. I now have 4 different concerts which all have issues collecting and/or updating metadata.

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2843
