Movie metadata won't update

My plex move metadata won’t update, when i match the file i can see the poster but the file keeps scanning as if its trying to refresh the dat but fails.

Anyone had the same issue or able to help me fix this?

Server Version#: 1.18.7.2438
Player Version#: 4.22.2
