Metadata not getting pulled properly

Hey,
I just installed my new Server as a Docker Container in UnRaid. I am using the official Plex Docker.

I added about 30 Movies and a couple of TV Shows already, but it seems metadata isnt getting pulled the way they are supposed to. The Text Data seems to get pulled on some, but not on others. Posters and Backrounds are missing, but not actor Lists (the actor icons however are missing on most of them). I checked the the Bindings already and they are all correct. I also tried to switch between IMDB (Plex Movie) and TVDB since i originally thought the meta.plex.tv server was just overloaded or something, but that didnt help either.

The Problem is present for both Movies and TV Shows.

Im kind of at the end of my wisdom here :frowning: Any help would be highly appreciated.

Latest official PMS docker in Ubuntu 18.04

Yeah I’m experiencing this lately too. I have to try any number of things from just multiple attempts to refresh metadata, rematch the show (it is correctly matched in the first place), switching the Agent, analyzing the files, the full Plex dance. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it just seems to fix itself after some time.

Single (ie. new) episodes seem to work more consistently (but still not always), but adding a new show is very hit and miss.

I haven’t bothered digging into the log files yet.
