Not pulling metadata

I just had to redo plex, and while the old metadata is fine, no movies I now add are not getting metadata pulled. I also see that the only “agent” now available is “Plex Movie” and even though “the Movie database” is checked in settings, it does not show in “match”.
TV shows seem to be pulling OK, but not movies. I do not have “prefer Local Metadata” checked (as a matter of fact, I don’t see that option as a choice).
I have read through the topics and while there are a lot of closed topics I don’t see any that help my issue. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Looks like your server is failing to resolve hostnames:

 (6, Couldn't resolve host name) (Could not resolve host: plex.tv)

Check the DNS configuration on the system and make sure it’s working correctly then restart PMS and try again.

I forced an update and that seemed to do it.
