I have used Plex just fine and matched metadata for quite a few movies in the past couple years. All of a sudden in the past couple weeks everything I have added just sits there and loads forever and just gives the movie a screenshot poster. One example is the movie Goon (2011), when I add the movie to my server it loads it up and shows the correct name while loading and then all of a sudden it changes the name to “Buddha Mountain (2011)” and never fully loads the data even for that incorrect movie. This is also happening to a couple of other movies I am trying to add. I try to refresh, analyze, get info etc etc. I have also tried closing and opening the PMS app and it is still happening. I haven’t messed with the agents recently so it shouldn’t be that. Does something need to be reset or cleared out? Thanks for the help.

I’ve seen quite a few posts recently about metadata not loading, artwork not downloading, etc. Not quite sure what’s going on.
This issue seems to have cleared itself out without me doing anything to fix it ¯_(ツ)_/¯
