Plex doesn't load any Metadata since a month

Player Version#: 1.16.3.1402

Since 1 month, Plex has problems fetching Metadata, for some movies it finds the Poster and for some others it finds everything. I can’t figure out why that happens and how to fix it. Does anyone have an idea?

You find any fix for this? Mine worked beautifully up until a month ago. Now it imports the album art but lists album and artist as unknown. I’ve had no advice on my post.
