Some of my video files didn’t update fully and correctly, so I tried to fix by matching with exact imdb ID using plex movie agent. Nothing is updating to my video file even though it downloaded metadata. This is just one example. I have several video files with same issue even-if Plex agents contains rich metadatas. Please review my attached screenshots.
That is not my issue. I am able to find exact movie in search. When i click , it downloads metadata but it’s not adding metadata to the files. See the screenshot attached above.
I am seeing the exact same problem starting with the update to version 1.3.4.3285 yesterday.

- Remove offending files from your Plex Media Folder. (Make sure Plex is not aware of the files)
- Update Library (Not ‘Refresh All’)
- Optimise Database
- Clean Bundles
- Empty Trash
- Replace offending files into your Plex Media Folder.
- Update Library
…Let each step complete before moving to the next step. Then, when step 7 has completed, grab your Plex logs by clicking on the download logs button in Plex settings->server->help and then attach them here please.

Probably same problem as this:
I tired all possible ways but didn’t work. Like i said downloaded meta-data not syncing or merging with video files.
I had the same problem, I solve the problem after reboot my nas.
I thought new plex update will resolve this issue. I am still having the same issue. I can find exact match via search. It downloads the metadata and finishes but it doesn’t load /attaches the metadata to the files. Plz help!
