Please i need some help?
I have a Qnap TS-251+ (4.2.2 Build 20161102) with a PMS server 1.2.5.2966 and i am having issues with plex not updating metadata. I recently added TV shows and Movies to my Plex libray. Most of the TV shows (about 47 out of 57 shows) have updated but it seems the movies are not.
Some TV shows have descriptions but no posters, just black and the moves have nothing. Sometimes one or two movies might update and then it stops. i have tried updating, refreshing, uninstalling and reinstalling plex but it just doesn’t update metadata like it used too.
