Middle program of 3 consecutive recordings failed recording

Player Version#: 1.103.1.238
I record “Chicago One” Wednesday nights, with 3 consecutive programs on the same network chosen: 8p-9p, 9p-10p, 10p-11p. I have an HDHomeRun FLEX QUATRO with 4 tuners. Wednesday 8-9 and 10-11 recorded fine, but 9-10p errored out. I’ve attached a bit of the log starting at 9P, but if you need more I can provide it. Thanks for any assistance.

Hi,
I have the same exact issue. It use to work no problems, but sometime this year it stopped recording middle show even thought I have 2 tuners.
I tried rolling back to Version 1.103.1.238-223cbba6, but that does not work either.
Also plex does not seem to work as well with tuner also, signal strength is lower.
But with the app that came with tuner signal strength is better.
If you find a solution please post.
