Migrated Plex Media Server to brand new machine - Almost every other video shows "Something Went Wrong" screen when viewing details?

Player Version#: 9.3.1.33134
Server OS: Windows 10 Home v21H2

I built a new server for my Plex Media Server. After migrating to the new machine, almost every other video displays this error when trying to view the video details:

– Spinner Icon for about 20-30 seconds, then… –
“Something Went Wrong”

After I click “Retry” it displays the details page just fine. If I go back and then open the details page again, it works fine - I don’t have to wait for the Spinner Icon to timeout and for the “Something Went Wrong” page to appear.

This only happens on the Plex for Android app.

Troubleshooting steps that I’ve already tried:

  1. OPTIMIZE DATABASE - did not fix
  2. REFRESH ALL METADATA - this took FOREVER but did not fix
  3. Plex for Web app works fine.
  4. Plex for Windows app works fine.
  5. Cleared data + cache on Android app - did not fix
  6. Tested on Nvidia Shield TV Pro & Amazon Fire Stick 4K - both have this issue

Any ideas?

Did you find a solution to this problem?
I’m seeing the same issue, although it seemed to just start happening a few months back (not after a server migration).
Only happens to the Movies library, TV is fine - and is sporadic when it appears. Could click through 30 movies without it happening, or it could happen to 5 out of 10 etc.

It seems to be working now with the new server update.
