Migrated Server to DC - No Remote Access

Hi, I recently moved my entire server setup into a datacenter and am unable to access my content from plex.tv/web, it says the server is unavailable. I have configured portfowarding on the velo cloud edge.

I am able to navigate to https://ip:32400 and stream content at full quality that way. So the port is open, I haven’t been able to figure out why going through the website is not working. Well working as indirect, with poor quality.

I have attempted a reboot of the server, log out and back in (both server and devices) and have not been able to resolve this.

Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Do you have a domain name for your server?
Do you also have a cryptographic certificate for this domain?
Did you tell Plex where to look for your server?
