Migrating from Windows server with several TB of media to a Mac mini; any tips and ideas for how to make this migration work?
Given this is a cross-platform migration, you won’t be able to easily transfer your entire configuration (unless you’re willing to manually transfer parameters from your Windows Registry into some Mac .plist files).
You should however be able to transfer your ratings / view states

Concerns not really centred on the saving of playlists and libraries etc as I can easily remake these.
Was more a question of formatting hard drives etc.
