Migration meta store

Hi all

I currently have my PMS running as a Truecharts deployment on TrueNas SCALE.
Slightly tired of begging for help… want to move back to a TrueNas core deployment, off the TrueCharts. Guessing that will imply moving my meta data store/db and my configuration.

anyone available to help/advise.
