Migration of Plex install from a WD NAS to QNAP

Hi everyone.

I am trying to migrate my library from a WS MyCould EX2 Ultra to a QNAP NAS.

I Followed the instructions here:

but when I start the server on the new nas and I login, it shows the libraries… on the old server (and it is unable to connect to it).
It shows the new server with zero libaries.

If I try to create a library, it gives me an error:
Your changes could not be saved.

I have absolutely zero info in log files
