Moving from Netgear NAS to QNAP NAS

Hello,

I am moving from a Netgear NAS (Ready516) and moving to a QNAP NAS (TVS-872N).

Q1. How do I access & move the viewstate/library from the ReadyNAS and then move it to the QNAP (I am looking to do this for all users & libraries).
Q2. I will then migrate that data/library to the QNAP and rename file/storage locations on QNAP, so they are pointing in the correct location.

I hope the above is possible. Otherwise I will have to move the data, and all users will need to change the status of their media from unplayed/played and take note of what they are watching (On Deck).
