Migration win11 to mac mini M4, register to plist

hello, I am considering replacing my windows 11 nuc with a mac mini m4 to run plex (the data is on a synology with samba)
I found the migration doc, for the plex data it seems quite simple, but concerning the elements located in the register less ^^
I plan to replace the nuc with the mac by assigning it the same IP, and I would like my migration to be transparent for my users, I noted some elements in the registry dump which seems important:

  • MachineIdentifier
  • ProcessedMachineIdentifier
  • AnonymousMachineIdentifier
  • PlexOnlineToken

can I tranfer its elements in the plist file?
or does it have to be recalculated?
the other configuration elements seem to be able to be modified quite easily from the interface, am I wrong?

You might wanna peruse this thread first.

Seems like NFS would be better to mount the Syno to the Mac.

damn I hadn’t seen this topic, I wanted to go to mac for more stability and limit my electricity consumption… nfs is deprecated it’s still not great. well I’m going to stay on windows for the moment, you’ve cooled me down ^^

Deprecated is a bit overstating it. NFS is not going anywhere.
