I have create 2 user accounts plus the original account - 3 accounts in all. At one point, I had given each a unique icon/avatar and each displayed their icons correctly. Then I had to take one account down, but I reinstated it. Since then, it will not show any icon. I have tried putting back the original icon as well as new ones. Plex does not give me an error. It seems to accept the icon, but it never displays it, just showing the default head silhouette.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
PS - I followed the steps described in the “Simpsons Family” example found elsewhere on this site.
