Have you already tried it with the New Plex Media Server movie scanner and agent preview ?

I have tried this and NO actor thumbnails show up with the new scanner.

Did you try doing the plex dance ? That worked for me … [image]

The new PMS movie agent has worked and all the thumbnails now appear with a refresh. Thanks.
