Here is the only mention of my server version I could find.

Plex Server Dropping Player Connections (1.41.0.8911)

We’ve released a new beta version 1.41.0.9018 to the Google Play store which appears to resolve the issue. Please check for that update. This will be going to the public channel this week.

Seems to be bugfix version and may have broken somethings as well.
