As seen in the screenshot below, all the 8.x channels, for example, 8.7 (MOVIES) show up in the HDHomeRun channels list but cannot be selected in the EPG. They do not exist there. I can watch the missing channels through the HDHomeRun app without issue, but, they are simply not available in Plex. 8.7 MOVIES is the most important missing channel for us.
It is the same with both HDHR tuners (Flex 4K and Connect) with the Local Broadcast Listings.

Clearfield UT 84015 has exactly the same issue. Tablo had the same problem a few months ago but resolved it within hours of my writing to them.
I spent some time and delete my DVR and readded it for various zip codes for major cities. It appears to me that Plex has not updated any ones EPG for quite awhile. The most obvious set of channels are the 8.* channels from Weigel Broadcasting (METV, etc…)
Plex, what is going on? Are you doing something behind the scenes to maybe automate this?
