Channels with no EPG info

My antenna picks up channel 45, WODK-LD, a low power channel on the Illinois side of the river (I’m in Missouri) with no problem, and I can see it listed on my Plex DVR setup. But Plex seems to think I shouldn’t be able to receive this channel because there’s no info for it in the Plex EPG. Any way I can get program info for this channel (well, all seven of the channel 45’s) into my Plex EPG? Thanks!

I second this. Even a dummy entry with just a single “show” playing 24/7 that can be assigned so I can at least enable and view the channels with missing data on live TV would be ok.

Try using a zip code between the two areas instead of the one you live in. That’s what works for similar situations in the forums.

Oh. and I should mention SiliconDust’s own HDHomeRun software and TiVo show these channels in their guides just fine. But Plex and Tablo both draw blanks.

I agree… I have a local channel (GRIT) but no EPG… The Channel is local… very close (30 miles) and been online for many years… Where is the EPG?? I enter my Zip Code (41139) and only 31 of the 43 channels have EPG? some are duplicates but not all. But regardless, if I recv the channel (duplicate or not) I want a EPG… I recv 41 channels I want 41 EPGs… what gives…???

I tried using a different local area zip codes with no change in listings… I have 42 channels but only get 31 EPGs… In my local zip code (41139) I have channels 13.1, 13.2, 13.3 & 13.4… only 13.1 thru 13.3 have EPGs… the EPG for 13.4 (Grit) is missing and changing zip codes doesn’t help… Your database is missing many of the channels in my area… Some are duplicates but not all. But regardless, if I get 42 channels and I paid for Plex Pass therefore I want and deserve 42 EPGs for my area. How do we correct this problem?
