Missing audio track and subtitles buttons after the recent update

Server Version#: 4.46.2 (regularly updated, always the latest)
Player Version#: (the latest at the moment)

I have Samsung 55Q70R Smart TV with all latest firmware updates installed. Plex player is installed there. Recently it got automatically updated. Since then I noticed an issue:
You start playing a new video. Audio track selection button and subtitles selection buttons (usually in a left bottom corner of a screen) are not available (just missing). You can’t choose audio or subtitles. First audio track is used.

Interestingly, if you have some series and start playin an episode you watched before (maybe even before the last client update) selection buttons are there. And then you can jump some episodes forward to a new one and the buttons are still there. This way you can work around the issue for series being watched. But not for a new video.

Web player doesn’t have any issues so I guess it is a specific problem of Samsung client.

The same for me in my Samsung TV UE40MU6400 Tizen and in LG OLED TV 48’’ CX webOS.

I notice that in tv series you can change audio or subtitles only in the first episode, from the second to forward no buttons available.

I also notice that if you select an episode then you click “more” (three dots button where usually you can find all languages and subtitles of your file) then “settings” and go back and click again “more” you will find all languages and subtitles. And if you start the video you will able to change audio and subtitles clicking the usual buttons in the left bottom corner that now are visible.

I have no problem in my old Samsung BD Player BD-H6500.

If anybody can help to fix this, thanks.

Same issue here with the latest server and an LG TV with WebOS 4.
