Missing Content Ratings

Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645

Movies are not pulling in content ratings (G, PG13 R etc.) I have cleared cache, checked country setting on TMDB, Full Refresh of Metadata and still nothing. It is becoming quite painful to have to manual add ratings so kids stuff stays separated. Any ideas? Thanks!

That was it! Weird how everything was working up until a certain point with TMDB then it stopped. Thanks for the info, much appreciated!
