missing context menu PleXBMC & Harmony remote

I am using the latest update of PleXBMC with Amber Skin with Gotham 13.1 with a Harmony touch remote and I have never been able to get the context menu to work from the remote. It will work from the key board and even my remote laptop using Team viewer no problem.

 

I have even installed Keymap Editor and did not work.

 

I have made sure that the menu key is programmed correctly according to the wiki page on the XBMC web site, but still no go.  So I know I have missed something.

 

Can Anyone help with this issue.

Ok I have even tried to use my media center remote that came with my media center PC and it does not even bring up the context menu.

Someone has to have the answer to this
