Recently I began to notice that cover art for TV shows and the occasional movie are simply showing the gray box instead of the cover art. I checked via plexweb and the cover art shows fine. I've removed and reinstalled the Plex XBONE app and it's still happening. I've done full metadata refreshes, still nothing. Any ideas?
I'm also experiencing this issue.
A lot of cover art missing, some look like they're only half loaded...
Tried:
- Signing out and back in plex xbox one app
- Uninstalling and reinstalling, with reboot and hard reboot of the console in between
- Force refresh on the server
Everything shows up fine on web app and android app.
It's quite an annoying problem, the library is very hard to navigate without the cover art....
It's possible there was a problem with generating the cover art in the cache. You can try clearing the photo cache out and the server should regenerate the cover art thumbnails when they're re-requested by the device.

We also have an outstanding issue with 'grey art' when going into a show and then back to the browse page. Are you seeing this issue even on initially going to the browse page though? If so, I'll add those details to our internal ticket. Thanks!
