I downloaded the plex app once it became free on the Xbox one.
A weird quirk that has surfaced is disappearing artwork.
I’ll start up the plex app, and all of the artwork is there. If, for example, I click the TV shows button, then watch a show, when I exit out of the show the artwork just disappears and I’m left with the grey box with the plex logo.
Any ideas what’s going on?
Same issue here, but in my case artwork isn’t available from the start. On xbox One all artwork in the browse category is missing while the recently added has artwork. This just started happening recently. Any word on a possible fix for this issue?
Plex on Surface, Roku, Windows Phone & Kindle Fire Clients work as expected without these issues.
Could you possibly upload some logs from browsing your library? Thanks.
