I have two anime whose episodes are blank, they have no title or plot, how can I solve it?

If it can serve as information, the metadata of my library is in Italian.
Can anyone help me with the metadata of these anime?
As you linked tmdb I’ll assume your going to use their episode naming scheme.
- does the metadata exist on tmdb for those two shows in your language?
- if yes then does your naming for your local files match the episode ordering?
- have you set the episode ordering in your library or at the show level to use tmdb ordering?
For Detective Conan I use TVDB naming scheme (TMDB places all the episodes in a single season of over 1000 episodes, not very comfortable…), for One Piece I use TMDB (which is the same as TVDB)… in general I use Trakt as references, for One Piece it uses TMDB metadata, for Detective Conan it uses TVDB metadata.
For One Piece on TMDB metadata exists (for example season 2), but on Plex I only see the title of the second season, not the titles of the episodes, nor the plots of them, the same for the other seasons (except the first season, which has all the metadata).

Edit a show and under Advanced look at the episode order. There are 4 choices. be default it will used tvdb aired or tmdb aired depending on what the library itself it set to.
The library is set to TMDB.

But why doesn’t it download me the metadata present on TMDB for One Piece? For Detective Conan, metadata does not exist on TMDB, and I set it to TVDB, but for One Piece, metadata does exist on TMDB.
Season 1 has the metadata for me too, try season 2 or subsequent.
