Missing Fast Forward Thumbnails

I just moved my PLEX server to a new PC. I recreated my media libraries and everything seems to work except for one thing. When Fast Forwarding, I used to see thumbnails at the bottom of the screen. Now they’re gone.

Is there some parameter I need to set to get them back?

Make sure you’ve got a ton of empty space on your storage drive.

When you say you moved the server to a new pc did you migrate the Plex database over or did you just start from scratch.

If the latter then they’re all gone and you will have to create them again…ouch!!

That seems to have fixed it. Thumbnails are gradually appearing. I guess it will take a while to churn through them
