Missing "Fix Match/Unmatch" Options in Menu on Movies Until Metadata Refresh

I’m running PLEX on my new 1019+ and after getting over some major hurdles around server names (which is worthy of another post) things are mostly running fine. I migrated these hard drives from another Synology, and thus migrated my instance of the OS which did have PLEX on it a long time ago. Not sure if that’s playing a role here.

However, on many of my movies I don’t see the usual options for Fix Match/Unmatch:

plex-no-match
plex-no-match498×1003 145 KB

But once I use the “Refresh Metadata” command they always come back:

plex-after-refresh
plex-after-refresh480×1042 154 KB

Doing this for each one is slow. I’ve done the database optimization and cleaned up bundles. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix them all at once?

(I saw some other thread on this topic but they weren’t about the Synology version of Plex and didn’t seem to apply)

You can also hit edit on the video then cancel out and the match will be there. Who knows why this happens but it is annoying.
