Missing Links on Web Interface

Hello All, hope you can help. A while ago, the metadata links on the web interface disappeared (Studio, Director, Writer, etc,). The poster images also Switched orientation from Portrait to Landscape, and now appear squished. Has anyone else had this problem. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks so much for responding! That’s exactly what the UI produced for me, but then, it just stopped displaying the credit links as you have them. Is there a setting which could affect this?

I can’t think of anything that would prevent those from showing unless there is something wrong the the data or something on your browser is blocking the rendering of the page.

To be clear, there is no setting in Web to show/hide that info, it’s always shown.

Thanks again. It’s really odd. It seems to show this data for some movies and not others. It’s very curious. Is there a way to contact Plex about this?

This is how you report issues to Plex. Can you provide some screenshots of the Web UI and of the edit page to show that the info in there?
