I’m struggling here trying to figure out what’s going with my Plex media server. I have just done a fresh installation of PMS 1.4.3.3433 and I cannot get my movies to get their metadata applied properly. I can tell that it’s matching the files correctly, and I can see image URLs in the logs for posters and such, but these images never appear in the plex UI. I also don’t get any of the director, year, actors, plot summary which I’m used to seeing. The odd thing is this is working perfectly for my TV content. My guess is something weird with one of the agents for movies, but I’ve tried enabling/disabling them, clearing their HTTP caches to no avail. Any ideas where to look next would be greatly appreciated.
Running on Fedora 25, can post logs if they are needed.
