Missing managed user

One managed user has disappeared. All devices. Play history is still present for that user.

Managed users don’t disappear.
If they’re not listed in https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/plex-home then the only possible explanations would be either:

  1. the user was never a managed user but a regular account and since has left your Plex Home and your server
  2. the missing user was the “Guest” account, which has been disabled at some point. Re-enable it at the same page as linked above.
