I’ve added around 3TB of music and videos to my My Cloud Home 4TB. But when I try to strem music there is a huge gap between G and M where the files haven’t been scanned. And I can’t see any videos at all. I only have the Mycloud a month and have had to reset the My Cloud once already due to Plex not working at all. Is there anything I can do to get this working before I have to do another reset?
