Cover art missing on some movies

Hello, I just bought a Synology DS923+ and copied my movie collection from my PC over to the NAS. I was able to set up my Plex server with no issues using my current login information, however now some of my movies do not show any art or a picture from the movie itself. Others are fine, but the majority aren’t. When I click on some and can change it manually, but others will not. Not for sure how to fix this as the agent is Plex Movie.

That second screenshot is that of a collection. I actually disable displaying them in the main library.
