I have an issue with some of the tracks in my music library - they have no title, even though it is present in the embedded ID3 tag and “prefer local metadata” is checked.

Nothing? I can’t believe that I pay for a service that can’t even show titles properly.
I’m actually facing the same problem with my Plex instance. I have podcasts downloaded and none of the tracks show their titles at this time. The XML has the title in titleSort field, for example:
titleSort="Purified Radio - 235"

Additionally, the newest tracks I’ve added (the last 15 or so, it’s a weekly podcast) have not been sorting into the album as defined in Plex, even with the “prefer local metadata” option checked.
This has got to be a bug.
