Hello,
Following the migration to the new Plex TV Series agent of my anime library, I realized that some episode titles are missing while they were not before. Knowing that I did not modify the tree structure at all.
I have already tried The Plex Dance ™ but it doesn’t work, as well as clearing the agents cache, but unfortunately I can’t fix the problem without forcing my titles by hand. How can I correct this problem?
Also, how long does it take between adding new metadata on TheTVDB and retrieving them with the metadata via the Plex TV Series agent, because being a French contributor, on some series modified a month ago, the metadata still doesn’t come up or in the wrong language in Plex.
The Plex TV Series agent is using various sources for its metadata – primarily from The Movie Database. As it happens, your show doesn’t seem to have a French translation on TMDb – or at least no translated episode titles for episodes 1-10 and no French description except for episode 1.
Change this show to use a different episode sequence by setting Advanced > Episode ordering to The TVDB (Aired) (given TheTVDb seems to have a full translation)
I just tried the proposed solutions, but it doesn’t seem to work. Moreover your solution to modify on themoviedb seems strange to me, because I already have some complete metadata (the descriptions are ok and the EP11 and EP12 are complete) while they had no description on themoviedb

I’m coming back to this topic, because following the update of the metadata on themoviedb and thetvdb, the old agents are correctly bringing up all the metadata, but the new agent is bringing up the old information. How long does it take to update?
