I’m having an issue with Plex not finding a season of a show even though the files are there and all of the other episodes are found. Plex successfully found and added Seasons 2, 3, 4, etc. It’s just missing the entirety of season 1.
The files are video files (avi) that work with VLC, and they are named appropriately e.g. Library/‘Show Name’/Season 01/‘Show Name - S01E01 - Episode Name’.ext. The permissions for the folders/files in all of the seasons are identical.
I’ve tried removing the show folder, rescanning the library, emptying trash, cleaning bundles, re-adding the files, and scanning again, but that hasn’t worked. As far as I can tell, it’s only happening to this one show.
This is PMS Version 3.39.5 running in a FreeNAS jail. At this point I’ve tried everything can think of, any ideas on what it could be?
