missing shows

i have 2 totally different series both stored in different folder that have the same issue.

they both only show season 1 in plex and not season 2

the file types are the same and the length and size are much the same. they are labelled the same structure.

but they just dont show up

any name edit has not helped

any ideas?

ok i fixed one show by renaming episodes to s2e01

other series not help
