Missing some art after SSL fix

My PlexConnect installation has been working great for several months… Then the SSL problem happened.  Initially, after putting in the "fix", everything was fine.  A day or two later, I noticed that artwork is missing for some shows.

Is this a known issue?  Or am I the only one with this problem?

Edit:  Tried to watch the latest episode of Under the Dome in Plex.  It was missing art, but it wouldn't play.  I played it in XBMC, then went back to PlexConnect, and all my cover art is missing now…  ???

Edit 2: Downloaded the latest version of PlexConnect, but I'm getting the same results - no artwork on any show and the screenshot of the episode (on the episode page) is just a blank black box.

Thanks,
Paul

Please check the PMS IP address that PlexGDM comes up with... does it look reasonable?

Yes, the IP address PlexGDM finds is my PMS IP and port (running on the same box as PlexConnect).

...then please set loglevel to High, generate a log of a page with missing artwork.

Open PlexConnect.log, find the "generated ATV XML", search for something like "" and verify the URL.

In either case... attach the logfile to that thread, so we can have a look as well.

Sorry - I was busy this weekend and just got back to checking on this… I found this image tag:

Does this look correct?

I see 127.0.0.1:32400, which seems to make sense as my PlexConnect install is on the PMS machine.

Edited to add:

Ah ha!  When I copy/paste that into my browser, I get a 401 Unauthorized.

I had played with authorization (while trying out the multi-user features).  I had to enable the IP of my PMS machine without auth, then everything was back...

It was odd - Before some artwork was showing up, but not the newer shows.  Yea, I know, it doesn't sound possible…  I don't understand why I would be authorized to see some artwork and some shows, but not others.  Some sort of caching?

Anyhow, I think I'm fixed.  Hopefully, this will help lead others who have accidentally caused their own problem to find the solution in the future.

No, I'm not entirely fixed…  With Plex configured to require auth, with the IP/netmask of my PlexConnect machine in the "List of networks allowed without auth", the CD artwork does work, but when you go into a show, the screen cap that comes up for each episode is still blank..

The only way I've been able to get it working is to remove everything from the "List of networks allowed without auth" screen.

With PlexConnect and PMS running on the same box, I would have thought putting the 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255, 192.168.111.51/255.255.255.255 (the 2nd IP being the PlexConnect/PMS box local LAN IP) in would have allowed everything that PlexConnect needs…

I would have expected it too, have you added the ATV's IP address as well (I am clutching at straws)
