Missing Subtitles on Samsung Smart TV

Player Version#: Plex for Samsung 3.92.3 / Tizen 3.0

When I play movies from the start, the subtitles will work fine. When i fast foreward or backward, or resume a movie, the subtitles will show for about a minute and then disappear. This happens EVERY time, so it is a consistant problem. If I pause the movie, and go to the subtitle settings menu, i can choose the subtitles, but again, after about a minute, subtitles disappear. This is very annoying, does anyone have a solution? Both server and Samsung smart tv are up to date on all software.

Please help!!!

I have a similar issue on the newest version. 3.98.1 / Tizen 4.0. It is really annoying. The subtitles keep dropping and I have to leave and play again. Not sure when they drop but sometimes they do. Maybe after pausing. Really annoying.
