Subtitles dissapears while watching movies

2 days ago I watched movie from my computer disc, on samsung smart tv via plex, and all was good. But yestrday i start watching another movie and all of a sudden subtitle disapears. I then went to subtitle settings on player and choose the same sub again, and subtitle appears for 2 min or so and again dissapears. I then tried other few movies and same thing happens again. I then went to server setting and forced subtitles to be burned to “always”, but that didn’t help also. Now it’s above me to resolve this issue. Can anyone help please?

I have the same issue. Usaly what triggers it is if you stop the movie and then want to resume it, or if you jump around in it.
