Subtitles disappear after a moment - Samsung Smart TV

Player Version#: 3.90.2 Samsung Smart TV

The subtitles play correctly, until I resume playback.
At that time the subtitles are displayed for about 5 seconds (approximately) and then disappear. I have not found anything to keep showing during the rest of the playback.

I tried to restart the server, the app to select the subtitles again, but nothing works. Each time I resume the video, it shows a few seconds and disappears.

Didn’t notice this on my TV with same version. I did notice that the network disconnect problem is still there after TV is turned on. So that problem was never addressed.
