Missing Subtitles

Wonder why some films are uploaded without subtitles. Normally i use my Plex to upload films but sometimes i feel like watching B movies from the On Demand section to discover indie horror films and gosh

Its been several times the On Demand film doesnt have subtitles, is not even activated to search on OpenSubtitled, lots of us are foreigners who want/need subs either to understand, practice or reinforce, why are u uploading films without them? How donwe fix this?

Are subtitles available?

When sourcing content from our partners, we do request subtitles for the content from them whenever it is available. Typically, this will be English subtitles, but not all content will have subtitles available or provided to us.
