Posters not showing on home screen

Hi there,

I’ve recently had to recover from an OS failure (only lost appdata as PMS is installed on a 2nd drive). I have a small issue whereby “Recently added videos” shows a thumbnail of the video rather than the poster that I have assigned to it. Is it likely that I am missing a setting? (the library type is other videos)

That’s the reason. Other Videos don’t have posters, they only have screenshots.
Unless you edit this library and set the scanner to “Plex Movie Scanner” and the agent to anything other than “Personal Media”, this won’t change.
