Hi all,
When I fire up Plex on my XBOX One, everything looks great browsing through the titles. But once I view details or watch a title on my XBOX One then back out to the browse menu, all of the title are out of alphabetical order and about 80% of the thumbnails are missing.
Anyone else experience this or found a solution?

Not sure why you are posting this in this third party clients forum. Are you not using the official Plex app for Xbox one ?

Stand a better chance of getting a response if posted in the right forum.
Might need to see what requests and responses being generated from the server - so do have a look at reporting issues with Plex media server support page in my signature and you can attach screenshots and Plex media server.log when the problem arises after setting up a test after rebooting the server and trying out Plex on the Xbox one.
